Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Website. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not access the Platform.

We reserve the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes on the Platform. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to agree to these Terms, to become a party to a legally binding agreement, and to perform your obligations hereunder.

2. Definitions

• “Payment Instrument”: credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI, IMPS, or other methods.
• “Platform”: the website or mobile application operated by the Merchant.
• “Payment Gateway Providers”: Cashfree, PayPal, PayU, Razorpay, CCAvenue, Instamojo, or other gateways.
• “Transaction”: order or request placed by the User for purchase of products/services.
• “Transaction Amount”: the total amount payable by the User in connection with a Transaction.
• “User/Users”: any person availing services or products on the Platform.

3. Merchant’s Rights

We reserve the right to collect, store, and process information provided by you for order fulfillment, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. Payments are processed via trusted Payment Gateway Providers.

4. User’s Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete details including personal details and payment information. You authorize us and the Payment Gateways to verify and debit the chosen Payment Instrument.

5. Payment Gateway Terms

Payments are routed via third-party gateways such as Cashfree, PayPal, PayU, Razorpay, CCAvenue, Instamojo, etc. By initiating a payment, you also agree to the terms of your selected gateway. We are not responsible for:

• Technical errors, declines or delays caused by the Payment Gateway Providers;
• Chargebacks, refunds, or disputes handled by the gateways directly;
• Unauthorized transactions due to your negligence or compromised information.

6. Prohibited Actions

You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to bypass security, impersonate others, harass employees, upload malicious code, or otherwise act in ways that violate applicable laws and our usage policies.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on our Refund Policy. Approved refunds will be made through the original payment method within timelines prescribed by the Payment Gateway Providers and banking channels. Additional fees charged by such intermediaries shall be borne by the User.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for payment failures, unauthorized use of your credentials, or any loss arising from gateway delays or downtime. Your exclusive remedy for defective services is limited to a refund as per our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with English as the language of arbitration. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction for interim relief.

11. Disclaimer

By initiating a Transaction, you acknowledge entering into a binding agreement with us. Payments are voluntary and at your own risk. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
